Our league is affiliated to the Southampton FA and our clubs enter their cup competitions.

Since 1908 the Southampton FA has run cup competitions each season (until 1993 they also ran our league).

Teams from the Junior Divisions are eligible to enter the Junior Cup (before the unfortunate decline in grassroots soccer, there was an ‘A’ and ‘B’ Cup).
